Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes are fun, challenging, and competition free. Taught by trained student and/or faculty instructors, Group Fitness offers a quality means of staying active and in shape. Regardless of whether you are new to working out, a veteran exerciser, or just getting back into shape, everyone is welcome to participate. Plus, all group fitness classes are totally FREE for undergraduate students!
